Williams Enjoys Wild Horse Races
Joclynn Williams wasn’t the typical contestant during the wild horse races at the Wolf Point Wild Horse Stampede last week. The 2025 graduate of Wolf Point High School wasn’t only one of the youngest participants, but she was also the lone female.
She explained her experience includes broncs during clinics in Poplar for the last four years. T.J. Bow asked her to join his wild horse racing

Author’s Book Features State’s History
Montana author Roberta Beute made a guest appearance at the Roosevelt County Library in Wolf Point on Tuesday, July 8.
Her book As It Was: A Common Thread was a longtime mission for the woman, who now resides in Great Falls.
Beute collected information for 30-35 years including conducting many interviews with senior citizens.
