Granbois Arrested For Federal Warrant

Bryce Granbois has been arrested on a federal warrant. The Roosevelt County Sheriff’s Office transported Granbois to the Cascade County jail in Great Falls soon after the arrest. Joshua Dean LaRoche of Poplar was sentenced for the charge of criminal possession of dangerous drugs in district court on Wednesday, Sept. 15. District judge David J. Cybulski gave LaRouche a sentence of five years, with three years suspended, and a fine of $500. LaRoche was also ordered to pay $800 for a public defenders fee. Christian Alexander Perez was sentenced for two felony charges in district court on Wednesday, Sept. 15. For the count of possession of dangerous drugs with the intent to distribute, district judge David J. Cybulski sentenced Perez to a four-year deferred sentence. For the count of possession of dangerous drugs, Perez received a four-year suspended sentence. The sentences are to run concurrently.

The new Tribal security program is looking for help creating its new emblem/ logo. The emblem will be printed on decals and placed on new security vehicles as well as being stitched onto patches for uniforms. The first place winner will receive $300. Second place earns $200 and third will earn $100. The contest is open to all children ages 5-18 who live on the Fort Peck reservation. Submissions
