Granbois Arrested For Federal Warrant

Bryce Granbois has been arrested on a federal warrant. The Roosevelt County Sheriff’s Office transported Granbois to the Cascade County jail in Great Falls soon after the arrest.

During Aug. 19-20, the U.S. Marshal’s office, Federal Bureau of Investigation, Roosevelt County Sheriff’s Office and Fort Peck Tribes SORNA staff went door to door in search of Granbois in the Poplar area. He was able to elude officers during that time.

On Aug. 27, the sheriff’s office assisted when a vehicle attempted to flee a traffic stop in Poplar. The male passenger, later identified as Granbois, then fled on foot. When Granbois was stopped, officers were aware that he had an active federal warrant. He was taken to the Roosevelt County Detention Center.
