The complaint notes cases are climbing in Montana, the virus can be deadly, Gov. Greg Gianforte has sent National Guard members to help the clinic in Sidney, and as of Aug. 28, 86.9 percent of people hospitalized in Montana for COVID-19 were not fully vaccinated.
“Montana HB702 impedes Netzer Law from maintaining a healthful environment for its employees,” the complaint said.

A wake will be held on Sunday, Oct. 17, at 7 p.m. at the Poplar Cultural Center. Funeral services will be held on Monday, Oct. 18, at 2 p.m. at the Poplar Cultural Center. Interment will follow at Fort Kipp Cemetery. Clayton Stevenson Memorial Chapel was in charge of the arrangements.
