The Wolf Point School Board approved the purchase of a new water heater for the high school/junior high school during an emergency meeting held on Thursday, Oct. 14. An individual is facing two felony charges in relation to a fatality crash that occurred near Bainville this summer. John David Panasuk of Bainville made not guilty pleas to the charges of possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia during a district court hearing on Wednesday, Oct. 13. The charges were originally filed in May, but Panasuk was just recently located to be arrested.
