Obituaries Arnold Douglas Arnold Francis Douglas, 65, of Poplar died in Billings on Dec. 16, 2020. He was born in Poplar on Feb. 23, 1955, to Joseph and Christine (Davis) Douglas. Steven Alvin Douglas Jr., 41, of Wolf Point died Dec. 14, 2020, in Wolf Point. A private family funeral was held. Burial was at Box Elder Cemetery in Poplar. Clayton Stevenson Memorial Chapel was entrusted with the arrangements.
