The 2023 Roosevelt County Fair Horse Show started Tuesday, Aug. 8 at 9 a.m. at the Culbertson Saddle Club.
The results are as follows: Horse Showmanship Junior Class: Grand Champion, Ella Anderson
Reserve Champion: Tenley Berwick
