Roosevelt County has hired a law firm to represent the county in the case regarding attorney Janet Christoffersen. The law firm of Smith, Oblander, Meade and Mitcham has been hired by the county to represent the county. The law firm has filed a request to substitute District Judge David Cybulski. For the past several years, principals have received $5,000 to conduct testing. The process included entering data into the testing system. Trustees originally tabled the issue during their June meeting. Since that time, superintendent David Perkins received legal
