Wolves Kick Off Season On Road Against Joliet

Wolf Point will begin its football season with a nonconference contest at Joliet on Friday, Aug. 25. This is Joliet’s first year in Class B football after playing in the Class C ranks last season. “I know they will try to use their speed,” Wolf Point coach Anthony Red Cloud said. “They return some athletes.” Red Cloud is pleased how Wolf Point’s practices are going so far

Crews Scheduled To Complete Paving

This week, the Montana Department of Transportation and Knife River are scheduled to complete paving along U.S. Highway 2. Crews will also be pouring concrete for curbs, sidewalks and driveways throughout the project area. Work will occur Monday through Saturday from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. Traffic will be restricted to one lane and controlled by flaggers or traffic signals. Drivers should
