Construction Project Nears End In Culbertson

This week, the Montana Department of Transportation and Knife River will apply final roadway markings throughout the entire project area. Once final roadway markings have been applied, the project will be substantially complete. Crews will continue completing general clean-up activities throughout the week. Cowboys Finish Football Season With Victory Over Poplar

In both football teams’ season finale, Culbertson broke loose for a 70-8 home victory over Poplar on Thursday, Oct. 12. Culbertson Coach Brian Manning said it was a good team effort for the Cowboys. Bainville Drops League Volleyball Matches

Bainville dropped two close conference volleyball matches during last week. The Bulldogs fell to Plentywood by a 24-26, 22-25, 16-25, final on Thursday, Oct. 12. Hailey Berwick led Bainville with eight kills and 13 digs. Kendra Romo finished with 17 assists and 10 digs. The Bulldogs then lost at home against the Richey/ Lambert Fusion by a final margin of 21-25, 25-20, 24-26, 25-17, 11-15.
