Brockton’s Volleyball Squad Aims To Compete In District 2C
Brockton’s volleyball team features 14 players to battle in the District 2C this season.
Returning players for the Warriors include Raykira Track, Marlene Fish, Taylor Cummins, Tatawna Big Eagle, Reese De-Coteau, Danica Bull Calf, Taya Fish, Jade Olney and BraeLynn DeMarrias.
Newcomers include Quintana Young.
“They’re putting in the work. They’re working hard,” Coach Taylor Day.

Brockton Looks Forward To Improvements This Football Season
The Brockton Warriors are suiting up nine players for the start of their six-man football season this year.
Coach Toby Youpee said most of the team’s roster features returning players.
Brockton’s players include Josh Firemoon, Weston Lambert, Colter Nygard, Tefton Bear, Lahmi Youngman, Ronnie Blackdog, Bree Olney, Kokipasni “Sonny” Owns Pipe and Codean Youngman.

Brockton Runners Seek To Be In Hunt At State Meet
The Brockton Warriors are looking to make noise at the state level during this cross-country season.
The girls’ team features 12 athletes including sophomore BraeLynn DeMarrias who earned All-State honors last year by placing 11th at the state meet.
Other returning letterwinners for Brockton’s girls are Tamryn Bauer, Taylor Cummins, Skylar Cummins, Marlene Fish, Jade Olney and MacKenzie

Frazer Looks For Success During Cross Country Season
Frazer has an increased number out for cross country this season with five boys and four girls competing in the sport.
Gabe Beston leads the boys’ team. The junior earned All-State honors at the Class C meet last season.
Coach Tessa Vivier is also anticipating a strong season from freshman Bryce Fourstar.
“I think Gabe and Bryce can get it done this year,” Vivier said.

Cowboys Shoot To Battle For State Football Playoff Berth
The Culbertson Cowboys are looking to be among the top teams in the Eastern C again this football season.
Culbertson placed second in the league standings and won a playoff game last year.
This year’s turnout is 20 players. “It’s a good number considering we lost eight seniors last year,” Coach Brian Manning said.
