The Bainville Town Council accepted the resignation of councilwoman Carol Rasmussen during its latest regular meeting, while also moving forward with several community projects. Mayor Toby Romo presented Rasmussen’s resignation letter to the council. Her resignation became effective at 11:59 p.m. following the meeting. Rasmussen has also been working with Roosevelt County on paperwork
