John David Panasuk will spend time in a recovery center after admitting to violating his parole conditions again. Panasuk admitted to three probation violations during a district court hearing in April. Based on a joint agreement, the state and defense recommended that Panasuk attend an in-person treatment center in Columbia Falls and that his 15-year suspended sentence be reimposed. Defense

The eighth-grade graduation ceremony featured 40 students at Wolf Point Junior High School on Tuesday, May 27. Five honor students provided short speeches during the ceremony. Those students were Maia Kent, McKenzie Rodenberg, McKinlee Paulson, Alena Bradshaw and Annaleigh Matejovsky. Four of the students had 4.0 grade point averages and the other student had a 3.93 grade point average.
