Wolf Point Eighth-grade Students Graduate During Ceremony

The eighth-grade graduation ceremony featured 40 students at Wolf Point Junior High School on Tuesday, May 27.

Five honor students provided short speeches during the ceremony. Those students were Maia Kent, McKenzie Rodenberg, McKinlee Paulson, Alena Bradshaw and Annaleigh Matejovsky. Four of the students had 4.0 grade point averages and the other student had a 3.93 grade point average.

Earning outstanding eighth grade awards were Evan Kawasaki for boys and Kent for girls. The award was determined by a vote of teachers.

Student council officers were Sophia Four Bear as president and Paulson as vice president. The school spirit team consisted of Rodenberg, Rydell Mays and Joie Clark. The school culture team members were Matejovsky, Alayah Forest, Afton Hanks and Sophia Ricker.

Eighth-grade students graduating were Jaxon Alvstad, Kymani Archambault, Dayl Birdsbill, Norman Black Eagle, Alena Bradshaw, Jennifer Brown, Koden Campbell, Joie Clark, Nancy Comes Last, James Corpron, Murias Dupree, Ryder Flaten, Linda Follet, Alayah Forest, Sophia Four Bear, Amanda Gustafson, Layla Headdress, Liam Headdress, Blake Hunsley, Evan Kawasaki, Maia Kent, Butterfly Lindsay, Amya Low Dog, Brandalyn Martell, Annaleigh Matejovsky, Rydell Mays, Wyatt Mee, Vincent Nefzger, Eric Onstad, McKinlee Paulson, Bella Peters, E’lan Peters, McKenzie Rodenberg, DeShaya Smoker, Franklin Smoker Martell, Amari Spotted Wolf, River Tapaha, Macyn Toavs, Wyatt Weyrauch and Andrew Williamson.
