Gianforte Honors Hi-Line Veterans
Gov. Greg Gianforte recognized four Montana veterans last week with the 2024 Montana Governor’s Veteran Commendation during ceremonies held in Chouteau, Hill and Valley counties.
“Montana veterans don’t just serve in uniform, they serve for life,” Gianforte said. “These four veterans have answered the call again and again, showing up for their neighbors, strengthening their communities
Animal Fun Day Attracts Crowd
Ernie Bighorn of the Spotted Bull Recovery Resource Center feels that horsemanship teaches valuable lessons so he was pleased with the outstanding turnout at the animal fun day held at the Wadopana Grounds on Thursday, July 10.
The substance free event was geared toward families. It included horse rides, health information and a free breakfast and lunch.
