The Gallatin County Sheriff’s Office, the Gallatin County Coroner’s Office and the Montana Highway Patrol are investigating a two-vehicle fatality that occurred near I-90 at mile marker 293 on the evening of Thursday, Oct. 27. The group organizing activities for the 100th Wolf Point Stampede started to form more plans during a meeting at the Wolf Point Elks Event Center on Monday, Oct. 24. The 100th Stampede is scheduled for July 5-8, 2023. Proposed new activities on that Friday and Saturday afternoon will include facepainting, basketball shooting, chicken bingo and bed races.
