Roosevelt County Jail Roster

Prisoners housed in the Roosevelt County Detention Center over the past week included: T’shauna Azure, 27, Wolf Point, criminal endangerment. Chad Bachmann, 46, Red Lodge, hold for other agency. Frank Baker, 44, Wolf Point, driving with a suspended or revoked license. Dimitri Bruce, 32, Wolf Point, hold for Fort Peck Tribes. Russell Carpentier, 21, Poplar, hold for Fort Peck Tribes.

Schools Will Move Back To Class C

The Fairview Warriors and Plentywood Wildcats are scheduled to move back to Class C starting with the 2027-2028 year. Both schools are currently members of District 2B. The final district and divisional assignments are pending a final decision at the Montana High School Association’s executive board meeting in November. Fairview and Plentywood are expected to rejoin District 2C. Other

Hunting Permit Drawing Results Available

The drawings for Montana deer and elk permits and for nonresident combination licenses are complete and applicants can check their results online. This is the sixth year of the new online application process, which allows Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks to complete the drawing much faster than in years past. There are a few ways to get your drawing results. Visit fwp.mt.gov, click on My-FWP

Culbertson Golfers Place At Tournament

The Culbertson golf team competed at the Richey/Lambert Invitational last week. Glen Sager led the Cowboys with a round of 97. Wyatt Martin shot a 101 at the meet. Shooting 110s were Noah Martin and Felixe Becker. Ian Snyder finished with a 128. In the girls’ division, Brailey Bigler shot a 132. Kinley Wallace finished with a 137. Isabelle Apple shot a 140.
