The Governor’s Office of Community Service has announced that nominations for the annual ServeMontana Awards are now open. This award has recognized Montanans from across the state for more than 10 years. This year nominations are open until March 31. The public is encouraged to nominate individuals and groups of all ages and backgrounds for their outstanding volunteerism and leadership. All

Bainville’s girls’ basketball team rallied in the fourth quarter to edge Froid/Lake, 50-45, on Saturday, Jan. 10 The Bulldogs led 25-17 at the half, but Froid/Lake closed the gap to 36-35 to end the third quarter. Down by a 37-35 margin, the Red Hawks struck for seven straight points on a three-pointer by Keira Stentoft and four points by Atley Jensen for a 43-37 advantage with 4:21 left.
