Steppler Ranch Wins Honors In Miles City


Area teams and bronc riders competed recently at the 14th annual Miles City Ranch Rodeo that was held at the Eastern Montana Fairgrounds. The open rodeo had 12 teams going head to head for the top rodeo prize. First place went to the Steppler Ranch team that featured Alex Munoz, Ruben Munoz, James Gorman, Joe Winter and Rainie Mullanix.

Rodeo fans were treated to three nights of great action during the Wolf Point Wild Horse Stampede on July 7-9. Helena’s Sam Petersen earned top honors in bareback riding with a score of 87.5.
