By Bill Vander Weele The Roosevelt County Commissioners unanimously approved the addition of a fence for the Roosevelt County Fairgrounds in Culbertson. The six-foot fence will cover about three-fourths of the fairgrounds. There is airport fencing in the back area of the fairgrounds.
