Lee Harrison Damm, of Culbertson, made a guilty plea to the charge of sexual intercourse without consent as part of a plea agreement in district court on Thursday, Nov. 12.
The incident is alleged to happened on Aug. 3, 2018, in Roosevelt County.
As part of the plea agreement, Damm provided an account of what happened regarding the charge. He said he asked a girl, who he knew was underage,

Red Hawks selected included senior Issac Johnson, senior Colt Miller, junior Ashdyn Hobbs and freshman Mason Dethman.
Bainvilleās junior Jesse Strickland was also voted to the All-Conference team.
Other players selected included Savageās senior Sloan McPherson,
