As the high school campaign nears its post-season stretch, Wolf Point’s sprinter Adalynn Smith aims to continue her success in the 400-meter dash. Meet after meet this season, the speedy sophomore has finished first in the race regardless whether she was facing Class B, Class C or Class A competition. It’s so good to see ….

It’s so good to see ….


It’s so good to see the green grass and see temps get up to 50 or 69 by late afternoon. Morning temps were more like 19-21 degrees this week and it is 37 today. Our folks would talk of celebrating May Day by having games around the flag pole and making baskets of flowers to leave at a neighbor’s door, ring the bell and run so no one would know who had given them a gift in secret. Fairview, Plentywood Will  Move Back To Class C

Fairview, Plentywood Will Move Back To Class C


The Fairview Warriors and Plentywood Wildcats are scheduled to move back to Class C starting with the 2027-2028 year. Both schools are currently members of District 2B. The final district and divisional assignments are pending a final decision at the Montana High School Association’s executive board meeting in November.
