Frank Gourneau Jr. was born in Poplar to Frank Gourneau and Mary Ellen Two Eagle Gourneau. Frank is 62 years old, has six children and 18 grandchildren. After attending college, Frank returned and has lived and worked on the Ft. Peck Reservation his entire life. He has spent the last 37 years working as a Heavy Highway Construction contractor.
