Wolf Point Wild Horse Stampede Rodeo Action


There was plenty of top performances for the PRCA rodeo during the Wolf Point Wild Horse Stampede on Thursday through Saturday. Trevar McAllister of Ronan was the winner in bareback riding with a score of 81. Colt Eck of Redfield, Kan., placed second at 76, Will Norstrom of East Helena took third at 76, Tucker Zingg was fourth at 74.5 and Cole Gerhardt of Mandan, N.D., was fifth at 74. Sage

Wolf Point Stampede Week Kicks Off With Ranch Rodeo


Maxwell Butte Ranch of Powderville captured top honors at the Wolf Point Wild Horse Ranch Rodeo held at the Marvin Brookman Stadium on Wednesday, July 9. The team received $10,000 and buckles for taking first place. Whiteman Cattle of Richey placed second. The team received $6,000 along with knives and sheaths. Steppler Ranch of Culbertson earned third place. The squad was awarded $4,000
