The Roosevelt County Sheriff’s Office responded to 123 calls from May 20-26. The calls included the following: May 20 Deputies responded to a dispute in Culbertson regarding two males arguing over equipment. A Wolf Point man accused of sexually abusing two victims admitted to charges last week, U.S. Attorney Kurt Alme said. The defendant, Jason Wise Spirit, 44, pleaded guilty to two counts of sexual abuse. The Roosevelt County Commissioners approved to have a pavement condition index survey conducted on the McCabe highway during their meeting on Tuesday, May 20. The survey indicates the general condition of a pavement section. Cost for the survey is $9,470.
