An ongoing project that aims to help Indigenous people prosper alongside buffalo at the Fort Peck Indian Reservation has received a fouryear, $5 million grant from the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation to the Fort Peck Assiniboine and Sioux Tribes. Thank you to the road crews working to clear roads for students to get to school. The bare ground was covered by four inches new snow Wednesday morning and more Thursday.
