A semi-truck crash closed a Wolf Point street for about three hours early on Monday, Jan. 5. Montana Highway Patrol Trooper Joseph Oliver said the crash occurred on East Front Street and First Avenue South at 4:55 a.m. He said the semi, driven by a 24-year-old male from British Columbia, was heading into town off of Montana Highway 25 and was apparently traveling over the speed limit.

The adult male who died in a camper fire in Poplar has been officially identified as Arthur Brown III. The fire occurred on Friday, Dec. 26, 2025.
