A famous conductor will come to Wolf Point this fall, according to the school’s music director. Famed choral conductor Charles Bruffy plans to travel to eastern Montana in either September or October. Wolf Point swing choir students met Bruffy during a trip to Kansas City. The Wolf Point School board will interview two candidates for its superintendent position Wednesday, May 17. The candidates are David Perkins, who has experience as superintendent with Custer Public Schools, and Rodney Simpson, who has been Deer Lodge’s superintendent. During the school board meeting on May 8, trustee Roxanne Gourneau urged for interviews to take place as soon as possible.
