Victim Identified In Camper Fire
The adult male who died in a camper fire in Poplar has been officially identified as Arthur Brown III.
The fire occurred on Friday, Dec. 26, 2025.
The Roosevelt County Sheriff’s Office reports that authorities were called to the fire on the 400 block of G. Street East at 8:48 p.m.
The Fort Peck Tribes Department of Law and Justice was the primary law enforcement at the scene. Responding to the fire were the Poplar Volunteer Fire Department and Poplar ambulance service.
