We would like to remind Medicare beneficiaries that open enrollment for Medicare Part D (prescription drug coverage) starts Oct. 15, and runs through Dec. 7. Harvest Festival time is drawing near. The Mennonite Brethren Church holds its harvest festival Oct. 5-7. The speaker is Dr. David Janzen and his wife, Karen, of Hillsboro, Kan. Dr. Janzen is the president of Tabor College. Sunday services begin at 10:30 a.m., and Monday and Tuesday evenings begin at 7 p.m. On Tuesday, the pastor will have a live interview with Josh Brown from his place of service
