Bainville fought off Froid/ Lake, 48-40, in District 2C boys’ basketball action in Froid on Saturday, Jan. 11. The Bulldogs held a 2925 lead entering the fourth quarter and used a threepoint shot by Seth Pacovsky to get off to a good start in the final period. After a three-pointer by Rowan Wilson and a basket off a rebound by Carter Pacovsky increased the margin to 36-28, the Red Hawks

Bulldogs Break Away Against Plentywood


Bainville’s girls’ basketball team took control in the fourth quarter to knock off defending district champion Plentywood, 41-32, during action in Bainville on Friday, Jan. 10. The Bulldogs ended the third period with the last five points on a pair of free throws by Elsie Wilson and a three-pointer by Addison Hansen to take a 29-26 lead. Bainville then accounted for the first 10 points
