Red Hawks Take Third In Tourney

The Froid/Lake Red Hawks placed third at the volleyball tournament held in Sidney on Saturday, Aug. 30.

During pool play, the Red Hawks downed Terry by a final of 25-19, 25-17, to begin action.

Froid/Lake then defeated Plevna, 25-17, 25-16. The Red Hawks fell to Ekalaka, 21-25, 23-24.

During bracket play, Froid/ Lake edged Terry by a 25-24, 25-14 margin.

The Red Hawks then scored a 25-22, 25-14, win against Richey/Lambert. Froid/Lake lost to Ekalaka 7-25, 25-22.
