MSU Offers Online Courses On Using Adobe Express

Registration is open for Montana State University Academic Technology and Outreach courses on using Adobe Express, a free, web-based design app that is part of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite. There are in-person and online course options.

The in-person course, “Explore Digital Literacy and Design with Adobe Express,” will be held from 6-8 p.m. on Tuesdays in Jabs Hall, starting Sept. 30. During the four-week course, students will use Adobe Express for hands-on activities designed to build their digital literacy skills and their understanding of multimedia design and content creation. Students will also explore generative artificial intelligence, accessibility principles and personal marketing.

The online course, which follows the same curriculum as in-person sessions, will be available via the Canvas platform from Sept. 28 to Nov. 8. Participants can access course materials at their convenience without a set meeting schedule.

Course schedule: Module 1: Branding and social media.

Module 2: Print design.

Module 3: Video editing.

Module 4: Web and ePortfolio design.

To register, visit the in-person and online course pages or call 406-994-4090. The course fee is $50. Digital badges, which are online certifications, will be available upon request through the platform Credly.
