Roosevelt County commissioners agreed on a starting date for their new county attorney during their meeting on Tuesday, Jan. 23. Attorney Theresa Diekhans is scheduled to begin her duties in Roosevelt County on Feb. 20. Commissioner Robert Toavs made the motion and noted that the decision follows Judge Michael G.
