Marchwick Admits To Parole Violations

Shaun Travis Marchwick of Culbertson admitted to four counts of violating his probation conditions during a hearing in district court June 12.

The county attorney’s office filed a petition to revoke Marchwick’s 10-year suspended sentence on April 19.

District judge David J. Cybulski sentenced Marchwick to the Montana State Prison for seven years, with three years suspended.

The defendant must also complete any drug treatment program available at the Montana State Prison.

Marchwick was given credit for 1,127 days served.
