Wolf Point’s boys’ basketball team dropped a non-conference game in Sidney, 61-44, on Tuesday, Dec. 5.

The Wolves earned a 1211 lead in the first quarter. A three-pointer by Lennoxx Lilley was among Wolf Point’s highlights.

Sidney struck back with 16 points in the second period for a 27-18 half-time lead.

The Wolves trailed by only six points entering the fourth quarter, but the Eagles scored 19 points in the final period.

Peyton Summers led the Wolves with 11 points. DJ Fischer finished with 10 points. Jack Kolstad had eight points.

Also scoring for Wolf Point were Lilley with six, Cade Stafne with five, Chief Stafne with two and Sean Hamilton with two.

Aren Larsen was Sidney’s top scorer with 15 points.

Also reaching double figures for the Eagles were Braylon DiFonzo with 14, Kevin Hutzenbiler with 11 and Cayden Heck with 10 points.

The Wolves will play at Glasgow on Friday, Dec. 21, and host Scobey on Saturday, Dec. 22.
