The Wolf Point Wolves came away with thirdplace honors at the tough cross-country meet in Miles City on Saturday, Oct. 2. Wolf Point finished with 114 points. Indians Lose Football Game In Fairview

The Poplar football team was defeated in Fairview by a 60-14 margin on Friday, Oct. 1. The Indians trailed by a 44-0 half-time score. “We actually moved the ball pretty well on offense, but we had big mistakes,” Poplar Coach Joe Hammar said. Adrien Matuck, a sophomore, accounted for Poplar’s first touchdown on a kickoff return. Kaniel Ricker scored on a touchdown run for the Indians.
