Benson Receives Conference Honors
Wolf Point’s junior Juliun Benson was voted to the second team at defensive back for the Northern B All-Conference football team this season.
Benson is a junior who was also Wolf Point’s quarterback and return specialist.
The Wolves won one league game this season.
Selected All-Conference on offense were Malta’s quarterback Connor Tuss, Fairfield’s running back Miguel Perez, Malta’s running back Rex Williamson, Glasgow’s wide receiver Morgan Fast, Cut Bank’s wide receiver Matt Larson, Glasgow’s tight end Trey Johnson, Malta’s Cash Salsbery, Conrad’s lineman Devon Baney, Cut Bank’s lineman Dayne Barbie, Fairfield’s lineman Kaelob Flores, Glasgow’s lineman Austin Hughes and Malta’s lineman Dwight Werk.
Voted All-Conference on defense were Fairfield’s defensive back Bryden Batson, Glasgow’s defensive back Ashton Potter, Malta’s defensive back Connor Tuss, Malta’s defensive back Rex Williamson, Malta’s linebacker Camryn Mears, Fairfield’s linebacker Miguel Perez, Malta’s linebacker Cash Salsbery, Cut Bank’s linebacker Austin Vanek, Glasgow’s end Trey Johnson, Malta’s end Tye Jones, Cut Bank’s lineman Dayne Barbie and Fairfield’s lineman Kaelob Flores.
For special teams, All-Conference picks were Cut Bank’s Eddie Dewert at kicker and punter and Malta’s Rex Williamson as return specialist.
