Lady Wolves Look Forward To Campaign


Under the guidance of a new head coach, the Wolf Point girls’ basketball team looks for a strong season this school year. The Wolves began practice on Monday, Dec. 7, under the direction of coach Jon Kolstad. He was born and raised in Wolf Point and now lives in Glasgow. Kolstad’s career includes about 20 years coaching basketball and baseball. He coached at the high school level in Glasgow.

Wolves Start Practice For Boys’ Basketball Season


The Wolf Point boys’ basketball team enters the campaign with the goal of repeating as district champions. Practice began Monday, Dec. 7. Wolf Point has a strong recent past with the 2020 district title and coming a buzzer shot away from winning the 2019 district championship. “We’re looking to repeat,” Wolf Point coach Troy Blount said. “We have some young, hustling players.”
