Bathhouse Project Gets Grant

A critical grant impacting development of the municipal pool bathhouse project has been awarded. Culbertson Town Clerk Terri Merrill told the Community News that Montana Fish, Wifdlife & Parks confirmed that a Land and Water Conservation Fund grant has been awarded to the project. “It is a 50 percent match up to $339,084,” Merrill said. A levy has been added to June ballot in support of the project for town residents to consider. More information is expected at the next council meeting, which is set for May 13 at 6:30 p,m. at the Culbertson town hall.
