Poplar Wins Home Match

The Indians get fired up before their home match.

The Poplar Indians bounced back from a slow start to defeat Lodge Grass in four sets during home volleyball action on Saturday, Sept. 2.

The Indians dropped the first set by a 25-27 final.

Poplar responded with

wins in the next three sets by margins of 25-15, 25-16, 25-12.

Braelyn Nordwick led Poplar’s attack with 18 kills.

They next play at home against Malta on Friday, Sept. 8, and in Glasgow against the Scotties on Saturday, Sept. 9.
