Humanities Montana board members issued a press release Nov. 4 thanking her for her service throughout the pandemic and wishing her well in her new endeavor.
āIām proud of what Humanities Montana has accomplished in the past 2 ½ years,ā Tanglen told the Northern Plains Independent. āWhen I interviewed for the UND job, I told them that being from Sidney, I was already āpracticallyā from North Dakota.ā
Over the next months, the board of directors will be conducting a search to find the next Humanities Montana executive director. Kim Anderson, retired Humanities Montana director of programs and grants, will serve as interim executive director.
