“I saw a lot of little kids that didn’t have parents around,” Keiser said. “I saw how bad it is for them.”

At Wolf Point High School, she is one of 12 students including six seniors currently involved in cheerleading. The activity is a new one for her.

“We wanted to enjoy our senior year by doing all the things that we can,” Keiser said of the amount of senior cheerleaders. “It’s been pretty fun. I’m happy we have so many people.”

She says her favorite teacher is Tiffani Darby.

“She’s very helpful and nice to joke around with,” Keiser said.

“We have a good community base with people able to talk with each other,” Keiser said. “We’re very open to one another.”
