Since that time, the defendant has enrolled in increased urinalysis testing at Compliance Monitoring Systems, re-engaged in group sex offender therapy and was referred to Many Rivers Whole Health for mental health and case management support.
After that, Follet is accused on providing a positive urinalysis on March 18. He has admitted he consumed alcohol the evening of March 15 through the morning of March 16 to the point of blackout.

Charging court documents state that during a search of Grandchamp’s residence on March 10, multiple items of drug paraphernalia were located in the defendant’s bedroom including a scale, a glass jar with white residue that tested presumptive positive for meth and multiple empty canisters labeled as having contained marijuana products.
Grandchamp was originally sentenced on Nov. 28, 2018, for selling, distributing or dispensing a controlled substance.
