Frazer’s Girls Fall Against North Country

The season for Frazer High School’s girls’ basketball team came to an end in loser- out action against North Country during the District 3C tournament in Glasgow on Friday.

North Country won by a 66-25 final.

The Mavericks led 11-5 at the end of the first quarter and by a 36-10 half-time margin.

North Country increased its lead to 52-15 in the third quarter.

Isabelle Fourstar led the Bearcubs with 14 points.

Also scoring were Cassidy Mail with five, Elli Mail with three and Aubrey Mail with three.

Top scorers for North Country were Emerson Downing with 19 points and Kennedy Simonson with 10 points.
