Ellen Robinson

Ellen Anne Robinson, 85, of Richey died Saturday, Feb. 14, 2026, at Billings Clinic Hospital in Billings.

She was born July 15, 1940, as a miracle baby to Fred and Frances Phillips of Livingston. In her adolescence years, she participated in FHA, cheerleading, chorus, FTA and junior and senior plays.

She married Philip Robinson Jr. on Nov. 26, 1958. A few short years later, the two of them made their home in Richey. Their home was a sanctuary of warmth rooted in a small community of good people, great compassion and endless support.

She was known affectionately as the “Sports Grandma” to her children, grandchildren and their teammates. She never missed an event.

Her hands were rarely still — whether she was crafting, sewing or crocheting personalized treasures for every special occasion. She had a unique talent for transforming simple materials into cherished keepsakes.
