Roosevelt County Sheriff’s Report

The Roosevelt County Sheriff’s Office responded to 141 calls from Jan. 26 to Feb. 2.

The calls included the following: Jan. 26

Deputies received information from the Fairview Police Department regarding a female with an active warrant. Deputies observed the female at the Black Gold Casino parking lot near the state line. A test was conducted on the suspect’s urine. Nicole Johnson, 39, of Fairview was arrested on a probation violation warrant.

Jan. 27

Deputies responded to the Poplar city limits after receiving a report from a female that her son was violating a restraining order. Law enforcement couldn’t locate the male.

Deputies responded to the laundromat in Poplar where a male allegedly hit another man with a baseball bat. The victim didn’t want to file charges.

Jan. 29

Deputies assisted the Fort Peck Tribes Department of Law and Justice in Poplar for a vehicle crash. The incident involved a vehicle crashing into a house. An adult female was transported for medical treatment.

Deputies and FPTDLJ responded in Wolf Point after a local resident notified law enforcement that an adult male refused to leave his home. It was reported that the man also entered another house without consent. When law enforcement made contact, the male was talking to himself. Timothy Conley, 39, of Michigan was arrested for disorderly conduct.

Jan. 30

Deputies assisted FPTDLJ at Tande Grocery in Poplar regarding an adult male trying to assault a handicapped person.

Deputies, FPTDLJ and Wolf Point Police arrested Jason Daugherty, 48, on three revocation warrants.

Jan. 31

Deputies and FPTDLJ responded to Town Pump for a report of a fight in progress. A female was located in the Albertsons parking lot. A male was located, who was bleeding from his mouth. Elise Fourstar, 22, was cited for being under the influence of alcohol while under tribal probation.

Deputies located a female who said she was pushed out of a vehicle. The female was provided a domestic violence packet and was treated at the hospital. Trevor Saindon, 26, was charged with partner/ family member assault.

Feb. 1

Deputies assisted FPTDLJ at Wolf Point’s tribal housing for a report of an adult male trying to fight people. He left the location on his own.

Deputies arrested Jeremy Boysun, 41, for violating his felony probation at the Stagecoach in Culbertson.
