Constitution Week

Constitution Week is Sept. 17-23, commemorating the signing of the U.S. Constitution. The observance was established by public law in 1956, thanks to the advocacy of the Daughters of the American Revolution to promote understanding and appreciation for the constitution and the rights and responsibilities of citizenship. Glasgow Mayor Rod Karst is with Milk River Chapter regent Joy Linn and vice regent Melissa Ancell to sign their annual constitution proclamation on Sept. 15.
