Cowgirls Defeat Fusion

Culbertson’s volleyball team came back to edge Richey/Lambert in Class C volleyball action on Thursday, Sept. 4. The Cowgirls posted a 25-22, 10-25, 18-25, 2521, 15-12, victory.

Culbertson’s Emma Berwick finished with 10 kills, four aces and two digs. Ayden Ator had 14 assists.

Payton Labatte scored three aces, two kills, two assists and one dig. Catherine Donaldson added two kills and one dig.

Leandra Perkins finished with two kills and two digs. Mariana Burciaga had three kills and two digs.

Leading the Fusion was Jolee Klempel with 14 kills, four aces, two assists, two blocks and 12 digs. Tayen Carda added 24 assists, four aces, two kills and seven digs.
