Apple Stays Busy At Culbertson High School

Senior Profile
Culbertson High School senior Isabella Apple has been active in various roles at the school since transferring from Brockton prior to her sophomore year.
She has participated and done well in Business Professionals of America in competitions such as Microsoft, word processing and other computer programs. During her career, she qualified for state in basic office systems and procedures.
“I kind of like business, so I enjoy that part of it,” Apple said.
She has been involved in volleyball since she was in the sixth grade.
“I’ve really liked playing my whole life,” the senior explained.
For the past two years, she has been a member of Culbertson’s golf team. She laughs that she didn’t play very well as a “newbie” in her sophomore year. “I’ve gotten better,” Apple said. She adds that she appreciates the team’s coaches.
As far as her favorite class, she picks business subjects and English.
Her family moved from California to Montana when she was 4 years old. She still spends part of summers there and especially enjoys fishing.
“I like visiting it, but wouldn’t want to live there,” Apple said of California.
After high school, she plans to start her collegiate career at Williston State College. She is undecided on her career path but mentions teaching, nursing and business fields.
